  • What is the method you use for carpet and upholstery cleaning?
    We apply steam extraction cleaning method. It helps to eliminate bacteria, fungal spores, allergens, mite excrements urine stains. Alone with steam extraction we combine only professional green cleaning solutions, shampoos and deodorisers which are absolutely safe for your kids and pets.
  • Where the cleaning is provided?
    We provide ON-SITE cleaning. This means you don’t have to worry about moving your rugs or upholstery. our cleaning equipment allows cleaning professionally and ecologically whatever you need. It also allows to reduce drying time. Our cleaning cost is exempt from transportation and storage fees which make our green cleaning more affordable.
  • What is the customer satisfaction guarantee?
    We have implemented a 10 day satisfaction policy. We are dedicated to your total satisfaction by any means. Contact us to notify about any concerns and we will be more than happy to assist. Either spot cleaning or a complete re-cleaning, we are willing to make your love your carpets and upholstery again.
  • What does the price include?
    The cleaning estimate always includes shampooing, stain removal, deep steam extraction and deodorisation of your carpets and upholstery. We do not have any additional and hidden fees and charge one price for complete professional cleaning.
  • Is it necessary to vacuum clean before the cleaning technician arrives?
    It is recommended but not obligatory. Our heavy duty equipment has strong suction and allows to vacuum clean fluids and small particles.
  • How long does the cleaning take?
    Normally it takes 20 minutes for a room or 10×12 rug, 45 minutes for a 3 seat couch, 30-40 minutes for queen size mattress. It also depends on the condition of the areas to be cleaned, level of soiling and source of stains.
  • How long does it take to dry?
    Allow a minimum 4-5 hours to dry. Such factors as warm indoor temperature, air conditioning and air flow, sun light or heated floors significantly reduces drying time.
